RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from ship date to return your item(s) for a full refund in the original form of payment, or exchange the item for something else. Email us at email@example.com to receive a prepaid mailing label. Please include your name, order number, address and phone number in the email in order for the item to be returned or exchanged. Items returned must be unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached. In addition, each order is shipped with a return/exchange information card. You must fill out the appropriate information on the back side of the card and include it with your return shipment. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return or exchange. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of all returns and exchanges. Items returned after 30 days from ship date are eligible for store credit only.
***Please Note*** If you choose not to use our return label you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. (Weatherproof®. will not be responsible). If you choose this method for your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If the item arrives damaged, the customer must submit an image of the damage to email@example.com within five (5) business days of receiving the damaged item. The customer must also return the product unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached. Once we receive the item, an exchange will be processed for the exact same item within 5-7 business days. If that item is no longer available due to no fault of the customer, a refund will then be provided back to the original form of payment or an exchange for a different style will be offered.
If you have received the wrong product from Weatherproof®, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.
Outside the U.S. Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we only offer exchanges and returns for customers within the U.S. at this time.
3rd Party Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns of Weatherproof® products purchased from other stores or websites such as Amazon, Costco, Macys, Lord & Taylor, etc. You must abide by their respective policies.
All purchases of items marked FINAL SALE in either their product description or elsewhere are final and ineligible for refund or exchange.
