If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from ship date to return your item(s) for a full refund in the original form of payment, less a $5 restocking fee. If store credit +10% is chosen, no fee is charged. Please use our Return Portal to process your return. Please print out the label and return the item(s) in the same box used to ship to you. Items returned must be unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached. Please allow up to 21 days for processing of all returns.

***Please Note*** If you choose not to use our return label you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. (Weatherproof®. will not be responsible). If you choose this method for your return, please email us at support@weatherproofgarment.com. The Return Form must be included with the return in order to receive credit.

We do not accept refunds or returns of Weatherproof® products purchased from other stores or websites such as Amazon, Costco, Macys, etc. You must abide by their respective policies.

Please use our Return & Exchange Portal to process any exchanges within 30 days of placing your order. Items exchanged must be unworn, unaltered and with all original tags still attached. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will dispatch your exchange immediately.

Orders purchased from November 1st until December 24th can be returned or exchanged until January 31st.
