A Favorite Design
15 years ago I bought a WG microsuede bomber jacket. That jacket--about 25% heavier than the new one--proved to be a winter favorite because of its usefulness over a wide range of temperatures ( Wash.DC/MD winter days can go from 20F to 60+ over 8 hours). The new one provides the same flexibility, only for temperatures slightly warmer (say mid 20s and up); it is perfect for layering. The added snaps on outside side pockets now keep gloves secure and the inside pocket holds a thin watchman's knit hat. A compact winter setup for driving or city walking!
